Simple things like fair skinned people getting their spouse to look at their skin once a month can save thousands of lives. Ladies, get your mammograms and Pap smears. Guys, bend over once a year- look at what ladies go through in the previous sentence. And everyone needs to get checked for colon cancer, high blood pressure, cholesterol and diabetes. Even if you believe in Alternative Medicine- go to your Alternative Medicine Practitioner once a year.
